At the Carol Milgard Breast Center, we offer patients a variety of ways to pay their bills including cash (at your appointment), check or credit card. You can pay online or from your billing statement.
Questions About Your Bill
If you have questions or special concerns about your bill, please call our Billing Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
You can also email the billing office directly in the portal.

Set Up A Payment Plan
We offer flexible payment options for patients, including payment plans without interest fees or charges. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please call our Billing Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also set up a payment plan by visiting the online portal.

Financial Aid
If you’ve already received your bill and would like to inquire about financial aid, please see the Financial Assistance page or call (253) 301-6616, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. to speak with a Clinical Coordinator.
Payment Options include online bill pay, pay by mail, pay in person or you can pay by phone at 888-965-1828. You will need your account number from your statement before calling.
Online Bill Pay
For your convenience, the breast center offers online access to patient billing accounts. This allows patients to do the following online:
- View your account
- Make a payment using a credit card
- Set up recurring payments
- Update your insurance information
- Update your personal information
Directions: Go to the secure web page using the link below. You do not need to set up a username and password. You will need your billing account number located in the top right section of your statement.

Pay In Person
You are always welcome to stop by the breast center during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., to pay your bill in person, either by cash, check or credit card. Please note that hours may vary slightly based on patient scheduling.
