I was visiting in the area for a few weeks and had a breast problem. Although I was not able to be seen due to a lack of timely appointment availability, I spoke with several staff members who tried very hard to try to fund an application or an alternative for me. They went over and above...I would definitely call them again for any concerns.

The facility was absolutely beautiful. From the moment I walked into Carol Milgard, I was greeted with kindness and compassion. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a medical facility. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the reception team and the technologist who performed my mammogram, was exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, showed me where to put my belongings, and made sure I felt comfortable from beginning to end. The atmosphere was so calming and thoughtfully designed that it felt more like walking into a spa than a breast imaging center. The beautiful décor and peaceful environment helped ease all of my anxiety. By the time I went back for my exam, my fears had completely disappeared. The receptionists and the technologist were incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. As someone having my very first mammogram, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am so grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional team.
